OUR FIRM

Toole & Company is a manufacturers’ representative based in Houston, Texas.  Since the early 1950s, Toole & Co. has continued to build its reputation based on quality service, integrity and “pull through marketing.† Now into the third generation, the foundation for success remains selling and promoting “through†the customer rather than “to†the customer.  Searching out opportunities to bring profit-building products and services to our customers is a priority, but our primary focus is to deliver the manufacturer’s market penetration goal.








 
OUR STAFF

Toole & Company takes great pride in continually developing the education, quality and professionalism of our outside and inside sales force.  Our outside salesmen regularly call on the personnel of decorative plumbing showrooms, wholesalers, builders and the spec and design industry.  During these calls, Toole & Co. strives to improve the quality and depth of the relationship as well as add value by introducing new products, hosting product knowledge meetings, presenting suggestions on creativity and offering technical support and training.  The inside sales force at Toole & Co. provides a superior level of accommodation, intelligence and multi-tasking thereby creating unmatched customer satisfaction.  While our team makes use of the phone, fax, mail and Internet to operate in this geographically large territory, we consistently demonstrate the personal touch to introduce, sell and train on products and policies in person.  Toole & Company’s enthusiasm to cater to customer needs, ability to learn and adapt, genuine customer empathy, and dedicated manufacturer coordination along with thorough product knowledge are our strengths that foster market growth.

 


  

OUR STRATEGY

Toole & Company works in conjunction with contractors, wholesalers, designers and showrooms to generate high demand for the products we sell. We build confident relationships with decision makers and sales staff by encouraging open and frequent communication.  Accordingly, these solid associations grant Toole & Co. the access to introduce new products, gain valuable display space and build trust with our customers.  In addition, Toole & Co. actively hosts event days within the entire industry in order to increase awareness and demand for our products.
